Shipping Policy

At Oxymed India, we strive to ensure that the products you purchase are delivered in optimal condition. However, in the rare event of receiving a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we provide a complimentary replacement within 5 days of delivery.

If you encounter any such issues, please promptly inform us via phone at +91-7314855222, WhatsApp at +91-8287912470, or email at support@oxymedindia.com within 5 days of receiving the product to initiate the replacement process. Prior to issuing a replacement, we may contact you to verify the damage or defect.

Please note that Oxymed India cannot be held accountable for any delivery-related concerns if you fail to notify us within five working days of receiving your order.

Once the returned product is successfully picked up, it will undergo inspection to ensure it meets the following criteria:

– It is in its original condition with the outer box or case intact.
– It includes the user manual, warranty cards, and any other accompanying items in the manufacturer’s packaging.

Upon successful pick-up and inspection, the replacement product will be dispatched to you within the next 72 hours.
